Description

Currently, we define the `runWithClassLoader` method in `ClusterBasedJobCoordinator` to support split deployment.

However, the job container needs a similar `runWithClassLoader` method to support split deployment.

So we'd better make the `runWithClassLoader` method more generic, then `LocalContainerRunner` can just use it.
