Description

I got INFRA to hook us up with Github integration. We should try and use it. This ticket is here as a stub. The proposal is to have someone try out Github integration, and report back how well it works, and what problems (if any) there are.

The goal is to switch our whole workflow to Github pull requests. Patches and issues will remain on JIRA. It would be nice if GH pull requests became diffs on JIRA, and comments on pull requests updated JIRAs.
