Description

For a while, we have discussed about designing logos for our project. This JIRA is a call for design submissions and voting based on submission.

Guidelines for design:
1. Provide at least one version of your design in any of the vector format
2. Logo Guidelines from Apache - http://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/pmcs#graphics
3. PoweredBy logo guidelines from Apache - http://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/pmcs#poweredby
4. Provide a colored and black-and-white versions of the logo
5. Design has to be "donated" to ASF (the designer cannot claim rights on the logo)
