script can't be executed on cygwin

      cygwin on window 7,32bit

      Description

      I test s4-piper follow https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/S4/S4+piper+walkthrough ,and script can't be executed on cygwin.
      I convert scripts to unix format with dos2unix ,It' ok now.

        For 0.5, we should focus on running on mac/linux systems that developers can easily test with. It's probably too early too expect full integration with all kinds of environments, and gradle seems to be having issues with cygwin.
        So I'd postpone this to a later release?
