Gradle doesn't resolve dependencies when they are partially in the maven repository

      Description

      Sometimes Gradle fails to resolve dependencies due to this bug: http://issues.gradle.org/browse/GRADLE-2034

      This happens when an artifact exists in the local maven repository but doesn't contain the jar files.

        This patch tries first maven central and then the local maven repository. It is more inefficient the first time it runs but it always works.

        The patch is based on S4-95 since it also introduces its own s4-benchmarks.gradle
