Description

RdfCloudTripleStoreTest.testForeignSelectOnlyQuery() fails when -Dfile.encoding=ISO-8859-1

Current workaround is to force -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 in the maven-surefire-plugin definition for rya-project's pom.xml.
