[ROL-943] BSC - When the read more plugin is clicked, the user loses the admin shortcuts ( ie. settings and logout). Note, must be the first instance of a browser.

Description

When the read more plugin is clicked, the user looses the admin shortcuts ( ie. settings and logout). If back is clicked after read more is clicked, the admin settings appear.
Steps -
1) have the Read more plugin setting on.
2) enter a new weblog with enough content.
3) logout and close browser.
4) open browser, blogs.sfbay, click login and then login.
5) click on the new entry from the main page
6) *note - all admin links are present on the weblog.
7) click the "read more link".
8) *note, the settings and logout links are removed and the login link appears.
A user can click back to get back to the link or one can login again -
QTP fails when a setting link is expected. If it is not a new instance of either browsers, the admin links remain.
