Description

Allow users to be deleted from system. Since weblog entry records contain a link to the user, we'll have to figure out what to do to a user's old posts:

• Do they get deleted from the system?
• What if they are in a group blog?
• Do the posts get reassigned to another user, even though they were not the author?
