[ROL-802] Make sure JSPWiki 2.2.28 and Roller 2.0 integration is documented

Description

I integrated JSPWiki 2.2.28 with Roller 2.0 today. In addition to copying JSPWiki.jar and java2html.jar (for Java syntax highlighting) into roller/WEB-INF/lib, I had to add a few other JARs from my JSPWiki install as well: ecs.jar, jrcs-diff.jar and oscache.jar (there was a CNF error about an exception class).

This issue is to make sure this is documented for Roller 2.0.
