Description
Using Roller 1.0.1 on blogs.sun.com. I logged in, created a blog entry which contained some non-ASCII characters (', ", "), and posted it. I opened another browser window and went to my blog site to see whether everything looked OK. I discovered a typo, went back to the window with the blog editor, fixed the typo, pressed "Post to weblog". This sent me to the login screen - apparently looking at the blog in another window ends the session. I logged in again, and the post completed, but the edit field now contained corrupted text, and the same corrupted text showed up on the blog site. Apparently somewhere along the way through the login screen the UTF-8 byte sequence is interpreted as iso-8859-1 and thereby corrupted.
