Description

Changes needed for the checkboxes in the comments management screen:

1.) When "Select All" is chosen for any of the approved, spam, or delete columns, to unselect all other values in the other two columns.

2.) For a single row, if any of the three columns are manually selected, to deselect the values in other two columns.
