Description

With LDAP Auth, the first user can log in, all following users get

The administrator of this site has disabled user registrations at this time. Please contact the system administrators if you think this is incorrect.

To reproduce:

Install ApacheDS 2.0 M16 from http://directory.apache.org

Using Apache Directory Studio add a partition o=sevenSeas

Populate the Server with the sample data from http://directory.apache.org/apacheds/basic-ug/1.5-sample-configuration.html

http://directory.apache.org/apacheds/basic-ug/resources/apache-ds-tutorial.ldif

Use the appended security.xml

Log in as hhornblo, fill in Screen Name etc, everything works fine.

Now, log in as wbush and get the error message above.
