Description

Encountered typos in Postgresql Create Db script that caused creation of roller db to fail.
The cause of this was in the createdb.vm velocity template.
I have fixed the typos in createdb.vm template and will attach a patch.
This bug will affect all create db scripts since the typos are in the createdb.vm file which is used
by all the database engines to generate create db scripts.
