Major Description
Currently, there is a preference to email comments to the blog owner. If this is disabled, commentors who select the notify me of comments option will not receive notification of add'l comments on a given post. Support a 2nd preferences setting to enabled email comments to the blog commentors as well as maintaining the setting that drives email notification to the blog owner.
