Description

Improve comments form to fix JavaScript/CSS issues as well as make it more extendable with CSS. As part of this, all themes will need CSS to make the new form look good. In addition, you might consider removing Twisty Comments (ROL-337) from any themes as there's issues with the comment authenticators. Fixing it is also an option.
