I'd like to do two things:
- Fixup RTE. Roller needs a rich text / WYSIWYG editor. RTE is a small amount of JavaScript code, it's simple and public domain and I've already made changes to it to make it work better in Roller. I use it for all of my blogging now. We should fix whatever problems are preventing it's use on BSC.
- Improve the text editor: the standard text editor should include some buttons for commonly used HTML elements, but it should not be as complex as the old editor-text-js.jsp editor, which used an LGPL licensed XML parser written in JavaScript.
