Description

Some sites require that bloggers use comment moderation, so add a site wide setting.

Notes on TESTING

First, test that comment moderation can be required
1) Login as a global admin
2) Go to the Server adminstration page

• Under Comment and Trackback Settings, set Require comment moderation for all weblogs
  3) Save settings
  4) Go to a blog and attempt to leave a comment: it should go into moderation
  5) Go to blogs Preferences:Settings page: you should see no option for disabling coment moderation

Second, test that required moderation can be turned off
1) Login as a global admin
2) Go to the Server adminstration page

• Under Comment and Trackback Settings, UNset Require comment moderation for all weblogs
  3) Save settings
  5) Go to blogs Preferences:Settings page and turn OFF coment moderation
  6) Go to a blog and attempt to leave a comment: it should NOT go into moderation
