Description

The new ZigguratSampler.NormalizedGaussian has better performance than the current ZigguratNormalizedGaussianSampler on JDK 8 and no worse performance on later JDK platforms.

Current samplers using a Gaussian distribution should update to the new ZigguratSampler.NormalizedGaussian.
