Description

Unclear status of com.sun.jini.qa.harness.MergedPolicyProvider. It is in the qa build. It is mentioned in RIVER-301. But the

qa/doc/harnessBinaryREADME.html says:

"Note: due to a known bug, the grants supplied by the MergedPolicyProvider are not applied to services in this release of the harness. "
