Description

I've got a simple Globalization demo for PhoneGap (http://www.raymondcamden.com/index.cfm/2012/11/15/Testing-Globalization-Support-in-PhoneGap-22) that demonstrates date, number, and currency formatting. I noticed that when I used Ripple to set my locale to Germany or French, it correctly handled dates but not numbers or currency. The same code built to a real device works ok.
