Description

Currently Evaluator.exe has its own Nuget. As it is an exe, it may not be dropped at bin folder even it's Nuget is referenced.

As it is always referenced together with Client.dll, it can be embedded as part of the Client.dll and Client Nuget to avoid to be dropped in references.
