Description

Currently TestBridgeClient is calling old Org.Apache.REEF.Client.exe for client testing. This dependency should be removed as we are changing Org.Apache.REEF.Client.exe into an assembly.
The test case need to be changed to test the new ClrBridgeClient instead.
