Move CLRBridgeClient from REEF.Client project into a separate example project

    Description

      Currently CLRBridgeClient is in Client project which is a console application. We should move it out from this project, make the client as an assembly and create a new console project CLRBridgeClient as an example that uses all the HelloBridge handlers.
