    Description

      Can build HelloREEF using the dotnet build command. Missing component is to move the Org.Apache.REEF.Jar project from a stand alone project to run as a Roslyn command. This can be part of an existing project removing the Org.Apache.REEF.Jar project altogether.

      The command to run:

      dotnet publish -f netcoreapp2.0 -r linux-x64 --self-contained true Org.Apache.REEF.Bridge.Core.HelloREEF.csproj
