    Description

      Currently IMRU Task State allows the client to save the task state in memory and restore from it in recovery. It doesn't support the scenario where master evalautor fails. In order to support fault tolerant for master evaluator, we need to provide a way for client to persistent the task state in a storage, and restore from storage in recovery.
