Description

Unit test Org.Apache.REEF.Tests.Functional.Telemetry.TestMetricsMessage.TestMetricsMessages fails in master because it depends on the log message being written in MetricsService. We need to change the log level for that specific message from Verbose to Info so that the unit test passes.
