Implement proper logging of threads still running at the end of the REEF process

    Description

      REEF has several nearly identical pieces of code to log all threads running at the various stages of REEF process closing.

      We need to print more information on each thread (e.g. thread state, group, daemon status, etc.), and also get rid of duplicated code in runtime clock and launcher.
