Description

REEFEnvironment (and REEFLauncher before that) has a boolean named parameter called ProfilingEnabled to switch on Wake profiling. That parameter actually belongs to Wake; besides, we can have more elegant way for turning Wake profiling on and off or choosing certain profiler implementation.
