Description

We need to add a wrapper interface for DirectoryInfo and FileInfo to facilitate testing for REEF-1357. This JIRA item is created so as the length of the CR for REEF-1357 will not be obfuscated by the large amounts of new lines and files for adding the wrapper interface.
