Description

xunit.runner.console is defined at solution level instead of project level, so it doesn't get installed automatically during build and requires manual install. We need to change configuration so that it does get installed.

This change will also require an update in AppVeyor configuration, since it installs xunit.runner.console with a separate step in dependencies install which now would be removed.
