    Description

      Currently, these tests are relying on checked-in files and do not actually test anything within the Evaluator – instead these are more like Tang file tests than Evaluator tests. We should remove these tests along with their associated files, evaluator.conf and evaluatorWithService.conf, and add real tests using real Evaluator classes instead.
