Implement Opensocial Actions for rave (see spec http://opensocial-resources.googlecode.com/svn/spec/trunk/Core-Gadget.xml#gadgets.actions)

Shindig has implemented most of the spec. It falls on rave to implement a dynamic client-side menu system that can be extended via declared actions.
