Description

ClientId and callId (or streamId) are often used as a key class. For examples,

• RetryCache.CacheKey,
• MessageStreamRequests.Key, and
• DataStreamBaseTest.MultiDataStreamStateMachine.Key.

This JIRA is to add a new class ClientInvocationId for such purpose.
