Minor Description
Attempting to create a policy with, audit-disabled and one policy item with a user but no groups, failed validation error in Ranger Admin UI with the following error: "You must have at least one or more user/group access defined for the policy."
Only when groups fields is not empty, the policy create/update goes through. The validation should be updated to check if at lease one user or one group is provided.
