Description

Ranger backend changes for Tag based policies

• Add DB schema changes to manage Tags / Tag Attributes and Tagged Resources
• Add API calls to handle CRUD operations for each of the tag related new models.
• Provide APIs calls to search for Tags and its attributes and tagged resources.
