Description

DELETE is not working as expected through REST API.
Steps :
1) Delete one repository
2) Try to access that repository again (GET).

Expected Result : It should not return deleted repository or it should throw exception for Data Not Found

Actual Result : It returns that repository even after deleting it successfully
