Major Description
Error messages displayed in Ranger Admin, for example during create/update of a service or a policy, show no specific details of the error - for example, a service/policy already exists with the given name, etc. Only a generic message, like 'error creating policy' is displayed.
The error message shown should have more details, to enable the user to understand the issue and fix it, without having to look at the ranger-admin logs.
