Major Description
When a user has select access on any table/column in a database, the user should be able to execute USE command on that database. This works when the user has access via resource or tag-based policies. However, this doesn't work if the user gets access via a GDS policy. GDS policy evaluation needs to be updated to handle _any access-type similar to resource/tag policies.
