[RANGER-3944] Add "follow roles" to Reports

Description

When i want to find all privileges for a specific user or group i cannot find all of them because a searching doesn't follow roles.

How to reproduce:

1. Create user usertest
2. Create role roletest
3. Add usertest to roletest
4. Add some permissions for roletest to some resource in any service
5. Go to Reports
6. In "Search criteria" put in "search by" "username" usertest and click search
7. You cannot see priviliges of usertest which are inherited from roletest

My proposal: add feature as checkbox "follow roles" side by search criteria for username and group.
