Description

Ranger uses requirejs to fetch js assets. Currently once the files are loaded in browser they are cached and any new files from the server will not be loaded because of this.

IMPACT: Customers wont be able to see the new UI when they upgrade, worst case the REST calls will fail.

SOLUTION: This needs to be fixed by busting the cache whenever there is a version change.
