[RANGER-3333] Ozone Ranger Audits are not showing up in Ranger Admin UI for "om" service user

Description

Ranger Audits for Ozone are not captured and displayed in the audits section of Ranger Admin UI. There are no errors reported in ozone-ranger.log or OM logs. This is happening for the ozone requests made by "om" service user.
