Description

Steps to reproduce :
1. Login to the admin application
2. Click on 'Audit' Menu
3. Click on 'Admin' tab
4. Click on a policy operation (create/update/delete)

Actual Result : Pop-up page shows the operation details along with the resource path, but not the actual policy name.

Expected Result : Pop-up page should show the actual policy name. This will be helpful for the admin user.
