Description

Currently, Ranger build generates both .tar.gz and .zip archives, which results in increased storage requirement (by ~4gb), and increases build time. Build should be updated to generate only one type of archive, .tar.gz - inline with other Apache projects like Hadoop/Hive/HBase/Kafka.
