Description

With changes in HIVE-21833, owner information is now made available to authorizer implementations. Ranger Hive authorizer should be updated to enable Hive policies based on resource owners - like

• allow owner of a database to create tables in the database
• allow owner of a table to perform all operations on the table
• CREATE default policies for the OWNER of hive resources when service is created.
