Description

Update the default policy to allow entity-read access to public group (similar to what is currently done for rangertagsync user).
Following policy needs to be created to allow saved search functionality in atlas:

Policy Name: Allow users to manage favorite searches
Resources:
entity-type: [ __AtlasUserProfile, __AtlasUserSavedSearch ]
entity-classification: *
entity-id: [

{USER}

, {USER}
:* ]

allow: group=public; permissions=[entity-read, entity-create, entity-update, entity-delete]
