Description

Remove invalid packages and import commands package to installer to fixed RANGER-1469 defect.

1. Some imported pakcages are not used.
2. Some packages are imported repeatedly.
3. The commands package is missing in usersync installer when merged the RANGER-1469.

I built, installed and carefully tested this issue after installed.
