[RANGER-1403] There is a problem in buildks class when delete invalid keystore file.

Description

The system will print the following information when the Keystore file is not exist.
Provider file '/etc/ranger/hadoopdev/cred.jceks' is in invalid state or corrupt!! will try to delete first.

The reason for the error is that the program does not check whether the file exists.
