[RANGER-118] Audit-Agents Tab default sort should be in reverse chronological order

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1] Login to policy admin tool
2] Go to Audit--> Agents tab

Expected behavior
Users will expect to see latest data in the first page

Actual behavior
Entries are showing up in ascending order of timestamp. i.e. oldest data is shown first. Users need to scroll down or move to next page to get the latest data from agents.
