Description

Problem Statement
As below given changes are committed in Hadoop KMS, need to cater to these changes in Ranger KMS as well.

1. [ jdk8 ] java doc issue for "KeyAuthorizationKeyProvider.java" (HADOOP-11870)
2. ThreadLocal initialization in several classes is not thread safe (HADOOP-11969)
3. Improving Ranger KMS log for server failure.
