Description

Improve the look and feeling of the axis.apache.org/axis2/java/rampart/.

1) - Apply the given patch to https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/axis/axis2/java/rampart/trunk.
2) - Update the images in https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/axis/axis2/java/rampart/trunk/modules/documentation/src/site/resources/images with the given images (images.zip)
